The email that was sent to me today and that I included in my announcement was more of a joke rather than a serious suggestion. That's why I felt no need to see if calculations were correct. We all know the government would in no way hand out that kind of money to the American people for any reason . In any case I'm very glad you took the time to read the announcement. It was taken in Colorado of the mountains and sky and I added 3 different cloud backgrounds and modify and made the colors that you see there in the sky. I darken the mountains a bit and made an artificial river or ocean at the bottom.
